Event equipment is reserved upon signed receipt rental agreement and a 50% deposit for order over $200 and 100% for orders under $200. The full balance of order is due prior to delivery. If order is to be charged on a credit or debit card, the balance due will be processed 1 business day prior to delivery.

If you decide to cancel your rental, or weather prohibits installation we do not issue refunds for any reason but will hold your funds as a rain-check which is valid for 1 year to be used anytime you wish to start the day after your original event date. This also includes all Covid-19 and pandemic related cancelations.

Yes! At the moment, Uncle Leon’s Party Rentals is doing a delivery special for new costumers who meet the requirements below. Normal delivery rates will range from $5-50, dependent on location.

Our standard delivery service is Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM. After and before hours, delivery is available for an additional fee.

Yes! Deliveries can be scheduled and will guarantee delivery within a two hour window between 6:30 am to 1:30pm for free delivery. This service must be arranged prior to delivery day and can be limited by the number of specified time requests we receive for a given day. Average delivery rates range from $5-50.

Unfortunately not, we charge for time out not time used.
We can set up the equipment for an extra charge (.50 cents per item). Normally, when we deliver, we stack the items in the garage or dock area. However, some items do include set-up and take-down, such as tents.
You will be charged the replacement cost on that item.

A valid Michigan state ID is required on ALL rentals. You must be at least 18 years old to rent.
